Primary Cleaners
Primary cleaner enquiries cover the head-pulley installation, pulley diameter and available mounting envelope. Blade selection considers the conveyed material and operating conditions.
Secondary Cleaners
Secondary cleaning arrangements are reviewed against the belt path, supporting rollers and maintenance access. Space for the cleaner and tensioning system must be checked.
Blades & Mounting Kits
Replacement blades, supports and tensioning components are supplied to an agreed specification. Existing dimensions, belt splice and reverse-running requirements are reviewed for compatibility.
