Conveyor Idlers & Rollers
Rollers and idler assemblies for belt-conveyor and bulk-material-handling applications, evaluated against dimensions, belt conditions and project requirements.
The RFQ starts with belt width, roller dimensions, shaft/interface details, operating environment and required quantity. Existing drawings, samples or replacement-part dimensions can be used as the technical basis.

Roller Types & Idler Stations

Carrying Rollers
Smooth-shell rollers for the carrying side of the belt. Shell diameter and length, shaft ends, bearings and sealing details are reviewed against your technical requirements.

Impact Rollers
Rubber-ring rollers for loading zones. Include conveyed material, drop height, belt speed and loading conditions in your enquiry.

Rubber Disc Return Rollers
Spaced rubber-disc rollers for the return side of the belt. Disc arrangement and dimensions are reviewed against belt characteristics and material carryback conditions.

Three-Roll Troughing Idler Stations
Complete assembly comprising a centre roller, two inclined wing rollers, brackets and a mounting frame. Belt width, trough angle, mounting-hole centres and roller dimensions are defined from your drawings.

Roller Fabrication & Inspection

Roller Welding Process
Shell and end-component joining requirements are reviewed against the drawing and operating conditions.

Material Preparation
Tube dimensions, wall thickness and material requirements form the manufacturing input.

Dimensional Inspection
Shaft ends, bearing interfaces and overall dimensions are evaluated against the agreed tolerances.
