Dust Collection & Silo Venting Filters
Filter and replacement-element supply for silo venting, transfer points and bulk-material handling. MATMEC coordinates supply according to the air duty, dust properties and customer specification.
Filter housing, filter media, cleaning system and accessories are specified separately. Final selection is subject to application review.
Product & Supply Scope
Silo Venting
Venting filters for silo filling applications are assessed using the displaced air flow, dust characteristics and mounting arrangement. Connection details and maintenance access form part of the enquiry.
Dust Collection
Cartridge or bag-filter arrangements are considered against the specified air volume, temperature, moisture and dust loading. Cleaning method and dust discharge requirements are agreed in the supply scope.
Replacement Elements
Provide the existing filter model, element dimensions, media specification and seal arrangement. Compatibility must be checked before a replacement is proposed.
