Wheel Geometry
Outside diameter, working profile, wheel width and hub geometry are defined by the approved drawing. Existing equipment details support replacement enquiries.
Segments & Wear Parts
Segment arrangement, fasteners, specified material and surface or heat-treatment requirements are included in the technical enquiry.
Interface Review
Provide chain details, shaft fit and mounting information. A wheel is proposed only after its interface with the existing chain and assembly has been reviewed.
