WHAT WE SUPPLY

From individual parts to fabricated assemblies.

The agreed drawing revision defines geometry, materials, tolerances and delivery condition. We review the fabrication route and interfaces before production.

01 / FRAMES & BASES

Machine frames & skid bases

Rigid welded structures with the interfaces your equipment needs.

  • Machine bases, support frames and mounting structures
  • Brackets, gussets and equipment mounting plates
  • Post-weld machining where the drawing requires it

Critical interfaces reviewed before manufacture

02 / BODIES & ASSEMBLIES

Fabricated machine bodies

Plate and section assemblies supplied to your defined manufacturing scope.

  • Fabricated housings, guards and welded enclosures
  • Subassemblies combining welded and machined components
  • Assembly, fit-up and access requirements reviewed

Geometry, assembly sequence and tolerances aligned

03 / BULK HANDLING PARTS

Chutes, hoppers & welded components

Drawing-based components for bulk material and industrial equipment.

  • Chutes, hoppers and fabricated transition pieces
  • Flanged components, wear plates and supports
  • Material and surface condition matched to the specification

MANUFACTURING APPROACH

One coordinated route from drawing to dispatch.

Fabrication is planned around the part: its weld sequence, distortion risk, machining allowances and required finish.

01

Technical review

Confirm the drawing revision, material, quantity, critical interfaces and inspection requirements.

02

Production planning & fabrication

Coordinate material preparation, cutting, forming, fit-up and welding with the selected production partner.

03

Finishing & verification

Complete agreed machining, surface treatment and assembly; verify the defined acceptance criteria.

04

Packing & dispatch

Align identification, packing, documentation and delivery arrangements with your order.

QUALITY BUILT INTO THE SCOPE

Define what must be checked. Record what matters.

Critical dimensions and weld acceptance requirements are agreed before manufacture, so verification follows the intended use of the component.

Dimensions & assembly interfaces

Mounting faces, hole patterns, alignment and assembly fit are included in the inspection scope according to your drawing.

Weld requirements

Weld type, size, sequence and visual acceptance are reviewed. Procedure, welder qualification and NDT requirements are confirmed for the project.

Traceability & delivery records

Material identification, revision control and agreed inspection records support the defined delivery scope.

Material certificates, dimensional reports, NDT and other required records must be specified in the RFQ and confirmed before order acceptance.

START WITH A CLEAR RFQ

A better drawing package. A clearer quotation.

Send the current technical files and target delivery date. We will review the scope and identify missing information before preparing the quotation.

BEFORE YOU SEND THE DRAWING

Common project questions.

Can you supply a complete fabricated assembly?

Yes, the scope can include welded construction, agreed machining, surface treatment and assembly. The quotation clearly defines what is included and any customer-supplied items.

Can you work from a sample or an incomplete drawing?

Share the available sample, model or technical information. Any reverse engineering, design work or missing dimensions must be reviewed and agreed as a separate part of the scope before manufacture.

How are material and inspection requirements handled?

The RFQ should identify the material grade, critical dimensions, weld acceptance criteria and required tests or documents. Their availability, scope and cost are confirmed before the order.

Process images are AI-generated representative illustrations, not photographs of MATMEC facilities or customer references. Final manufacturing and inspection scope is agreed for each project.
